The highway authorities of the state, counties, cities, villages, and towns may regulate, restrict, or prohibit the use of controlled-access facilities by the various classes of vehicles or traffic in a manner consistent with § 27-68-102.Acts 1953, No. 383, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2203.
