Section 27-69-103 - State agency authorization to cooperate in conveyances

State agencies owning or controlling various state-owned areas or state-owned easements or interest therein of state agencies are authorized to cooperate in the conveyance of the lands, easements, or interest to and in favor of the United States for this national parkway.Acts 1939, No. 45, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-1802.
