In the event that any county desires to provide funds in excess of the minimum matching requirements as provided in § 27-72-305, the Treasurer of State shall credit the amount above matching requirements to the County Supplement Fund Account of the State Aid Road Fund, there to be used as provided by law.Acts 1973, No. 445, § 21; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-459.1.
