Section 27-72-501 - Definition

For the purposes of this subchapter, the term 'reconstruction' shall include not only a complete rebuilding or replacement of a bridge, but shall also include major renovations which will extend the service life of an existing bridge.Acts 1989 (3rd Ex. Sess.), No. 24, § 1.
