As used in this subchapter, 'oscillating, rotating, or flashing light or device' means any light of the type used on, or which simulates or gives the impression of being, an emergency vehicle such as a police car or vehicle, fire truck, ambulance, or other lawful emergency vehicle.Acts 1973, No. 258, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-141.
