Any sign, display, or device lawfully erected which does not conform to this subchapter shall be required to be removed by the end of the fifth year after it becomes nonconforming under the provisions hereof.Acts 1967, No. 640, Art. 1, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2507.
