The State Highway Commission is authorized to enter into agreement with the United States Secretary of Transportation, as provided by Title 23 of the United States Code, relating to the control of junkyards in areas adjacent to those sections of the federal-aid interstate and federal-aid primary highway systems lying in Arkansas and to act in the name of the State of Arkansas in complying with the terms of such agreements.Acts 1967, No. 640, Art. 2, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2518.
