(a) A director who is a public official may serve on the board of directors during his or her term of office as the county judge or mayor of a member of a regional mobility authority.(b) A director who is the designated representative of the mayor or county judge of a member of the regional mobility authority serves at the pleasure of the mayor of the municipality or the county judge of the county that is a member of the regional mobility authority.Acts 2007, No. 389, § 1.
