It is directed that the administrators of the various public highway, road, and street systems shall make every effort to conserve the safe function of the bridges under their jurisdiction pursuant to the findings and recommendations of the bridge safety inspections by the bridge inspection teams of the Arkansas Department of Transportation in accord with the national bridge inspection standards published in the Federal Register.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 430, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1971, No. 249, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-3364.
