Section 27-86-204 - Appeal

Any interested party or any citizen of the county or counties to be affected may appeal from any order of the county court or courts provided for herein at any time within thirty (30) days from the rendition of the judgment and not thereafter; in the event of an appeal, the case shall be tried de novo by the circuit court as other cases appealed from the county court.Acts 1927, No. 135, § 4; Pope's Dig., § 2618; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-1604.
