(a) The State Highway Commission, with the approval of the Governor and Attorney General of the state, is vested with authority to sue in the name of the state for the condemnation of any bridge, turnpike, or causeway which in their judgment should be acquired by the state.(b) County judges are vested with authority to enter suit for condemnation on relation of the county or counties affected.Acts 1927, No. 135, § 6; Pope's Dig., § 2620; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-1606.
