(a) The court shall state on its record the rates of toll or ferriage which may be demanded for ferrying passengers, vehicles, beasts, and other property usually transported by ferries.(b) The clerk shall make out a copy of ferriage rates under his or her official signature and give it to the person procuring a license.Rev.
