Section 27-89-303 - Powers granted to members of authority - Directions for other state officers

(a) There is granted to the members of the authority for the State of Arkansas, and to the compact administrator, all the powers provided for in the Arkansas-Mississippi Great River Bridge Construction Compact Authority.(b) All officers of the State of Arkansas are authorized and directed to do all things falling within their respective jurisdictions, which are necessary or incidental to carrying out the purposes of the Arkansas-Mississippi Great River Bridge Construction Compact.Acts 1985, No. 27, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2107.
