Section 27-101-106 - Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction to try offenses under this subchapter shall be in the courts of the county where the person owning or operating the boat resides or in the county where the offense is committed or in any county through or by which the boat is being run or operated on the waters of this state at the time of the violation of this chapter.Acts 1959, No. 453, § 22; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-242; Acts 2003, No. 1774, § 4.
