It is a Class A misdemeanor for a person to operate upon the waters of this state a motorboat of a type required to be titled under this subchapter that is not registered with a certificate of number under § 27-101-301 et seq., or for which a certificate of title, if applicable, has not been issued or applied for, or for which all required fees have not been paid when and as required under this chapter.Added by Act 2019, No. 733,§ 16, eff. 7/24/2019.
