Law enforcement vessels while being used in the enforcement of this chapter shall be exempt from the provisions of § 27-101-202; however, this exemption does not relieve the operator of the responsibility to operate his or her vessel in a reasonable and prudent manner that does not endanger life, limb, or property.Acts 1995, No. 517, § 8.
