Section 27-101-307 - Registration after purchase of an outboard motor

When a motorboat is licensed pursuant to this subchapter, if the owner has since the previous registration of a boat purchased an outboard motor for use on the boat, then as a condition of registering the boat, the owner shall furnish the serial number of the motor to the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration.Acts 1973, No. 395, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-249.
