(a) Whenever any motorboat numbered under the provisions of this subchapter shall be destroyed or abandoned, its owner shall notify the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration within fifteen (15) days after the destruction or abandonment, and the certificate of number of the motorboat shall be terminated.(b) The secretary shall notify the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission of the termination of any certificate of number.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4827, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1959, No. 453, § 4; 1963, No. 140, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-224; Acts 1987, No. 122, § 2; 2003, No. 1774, § 10.
