Section 27-101-311 - Public records

All records of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration and of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission made or kept pursuant to this subchapter shall be public records.Acts 1959, No. 453, § 4; 1963, No. 140, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-224.
