Each violation of this subchapter shall be punishable by a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), except that the fine for violating § 27-101-602(e) shall be no less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250).Acts 1999, No. 756, § 8.
