Section 27-114-103 - Evidence - License number or identification mark

In any proceeding for violating the provisions of this act or the rules of the Division of Aeronautics adopted pursuant to this act, the federal license number or identification mark displayed on the aircraft shall be prima facie evidence that the owner of the aircraft was operating the aircraft.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 3191, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1941, No. 457, § 19; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-119.
