Section 27-114-104 - Evidence - Certified copies of records, etc

Any certified copies or certified photostatic copies of any records, books, papers, documents, determinations, rulings, or orders of the Division of Aeronautics, when certified under the seal of the division, shall be acceptable as evidence in the courts.Acts 1941, No. 457, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-120.
