The Division of Aeronautics shall administer the provisions of this chapter and § 27-116-101 et seq. and is authorized and directed to promulgate rules, in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, as necessary to execute the powers invested in the division by this chapter and § 27-116-101 et seq. and other applicable laws.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 3192, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 639, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1941, No. 457, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-103.
