Section 27-116-202 - Aircraft

The public safety requiring and the advantages of uniform regulation making it desirable in the interest of aeronautical progress that aircraft operating within this state should conform with respect to design, construction, and airworthiness to the standards prescribed by the United States Government with respect to navigation of civil aircraft subject to its jurisdiction, it shall be unlawful for any person or resident to operate or navigate any aircraft within this state unless the aircraft has an appropriate effective license issued by the United States Government and is registered by the United States Government.Acts 1941, No. 457, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-104.
