Section 27-117-102 - Penalty

Any person, company, firm, or corporation violating the terms of this chapter or failing or refusing to remove any lines now established within the approach zone of any airport shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).Acts 1949, No. 285, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-312.
