Section 28-26-103 - Partial intestacy

If part but not all of the estate of a decedent is validly disposed of by will, the part not disposed of by will shall be distributed as provided by law with respect to the estates of intestates.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 27; A.S.A. 1947, § 60-411.
