Section 28-39-104 - Allowance paid surviving spouse out of rent until apportionment of curtesy or dower

Until curtesy or dower is apportioned, the court shall order such sums to be paid to the surviving spouse out of the rent of the real estate as shall be in proportion to his or her interest in the real estate.Rev.
