Section 28-39-205 - Contest of commissioners' report

(a) Either party may put in issue the truth of the report of the commissioners, by a petition filed in the court having probate jurisdiction.(b) A summons shall be issued as in other cases, giving at least fifteen (15) days' notice to the adverse party, requiring him or her to appear and answer.(c) The costs of these proceedings shall be paid as in other cases.Acts 1873, No. 105, § 6, p. 244; C. & M.
