Prior to the granting of ancillary letters to a nonresident, the nonresident ancillary personal representative shall comply with the provisions of § 28-48-101(b)(6) concerning designation of an agent to accept service of process.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 181; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-3103.
