(a) The bond of the personal representative shall run to the State of Arkansas for the use of all persons interested in the estate and shall be for the security and benefit of such persons.(b) The sureties shall be jointly and severally liable with the personal representative and with each other.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 83; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-2214.
