Section 28-48-304 - Accounting to regular personal representative

Upon the appointment of a general personal representative in an estate for which the public administrator is acting, the administrator shall account for and deliver to the general personal representative all of the property of the estate in his or her hands.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 177; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-3004.
