A personal representative may establish a claim he or she may have against the estate by filing the claim with the court. Upon a hearing after such notice as it shall direct and if satisfied as to the validity of the claim, the court shall enter an order allowing it.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 116; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-2607.
