Section 28-51-203 - Sale, mortgage, or lease of real and personal property as a unit

Whenever in the discretion of the court it is for the best interest of the estate, real and personal property of the estate may be sold, mortgaged, or leased as a unit, but the provisions of the Probate Code with respect to the sale, mortgage, or lease of real property shall apply.Acts 1949, No. 140, § 136; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-2713.
