Section 28-66-111 - Penalty for failure to account

If any guardian shall fail to file with the court any account as required by this chapter, or by an order of the court, when any account is due, or within thirty (30) days after citation issues as provided by law, or shall fail to furnish the United States Department of Veterans Affairs a true copy of any account, petition, or pleading as required by this chapter, or fail to disclose the payment of interest on any loan or debt, such failure may in the discretion of the court be ground for his removal.Acts 1943, No. 177, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 57-511; Acts 2005, No. 658, § 2.
