Section 28-69-808 - Application to existing institutional funds

This subchapter applies to institutional funds existing on or established after the effective date of this subchapter. As applied to institutional funds existing on the effective date of this subchapter this subchapter governs only decisions made or actions taken on or after that date.Acts 2009, No. 262, § 1.
