Section 28-72-203 - Trustee - Appointment and powers

The instrument creating the trust may provide for the appointment, succession, powers, duties, term, and compensation of the trustee and may be for the term of the duration of any beneficiary or for a shorter term. In case of the failure of the trust instrument to make provision for any of the foregoing, or for anything necessary to the execution of the trust, the general laws of the state shall control with respect to the omission.Acts 1961, No. 459, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 58-405.
