Section 28-72-206 - Liability of trustee and the trust estate

No trustee of such a trust, or any beneficiary thereof, shall be charged with any liability whatsoever by reason of any act or omission committed or suffered in the performance of the purposes of the trust. However, liability for any act or omission so committed or suffered shall extend to the whole of the trust estate, or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge the liability, and not otherwise.Acts 1961, No. 459, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 58-406.
