An appeal of the decision of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may be filed in conformance with the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1951, No. 159, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-1316; Acts 1995, No. 652, § 6.
