A successor to a distiller, manufacturer, importer, producer, winery, or brewer of beer, malt liquor, light wine, wine, or liquor that continues in business as a distiller, manufacturer, importer, producer, winery, or brewery or that continues to operate under the names of any product acquired by said distiller, manufacturer, importer, producer, winery, or brewer shall be bound by all terms and conditions of any agreements with any Arkansas wholesaler, whether oral or written, of the distiller, manufacturer, importer, producer, winery, or brewery which are in effect on the date of succession.Acts 1991, No. 260, § 10.
