(a) Unless a different penalty is specifically provided, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.(b) In addition to all other fines and penalties herein provided, the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division shall revoke all alcoholic beverage permits held by any person convicted for a violation of this subchapter.Acts 1947, No. 423, §§ 13, 14; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 48-932, 48-933; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 211.
