Section 3-3-405 - Defendant's reputation as evidence

In any prosecution or proceeding for any violation of this act, the general reputation of the defendant for moonshining, bootlegging, or being engaged in the illicit manufacture of or trade in intoxicating liquors shall be admissible in evidence against the defendant.Acts 1935, No. 108, Art. 6, § 7; Pope's Dig., § 14140; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-940.
