A permit shall contain, in addition to any further information or material to be prescribed by the rules of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, the following:(1) The name of the person to whom the permit is issued;(2) The kind of permit and what kind of traffic in vinous or spirituous or malt liquors is thereby permitted;(3) A description by street and number or otherwise of the permitted premises;(4) A statement in substance that the permit shall not be deemed a property or vested right and that it may be revoked at any time pursuant to law; and(5) The name and address of the owner of the premises.
