Whenever a permit shall be lost or destroyed without fault on the part of the permittee or his or her agents or employees, a duplicate permit in lieu thereof may be issued by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division in his or her discretion and in accordance with its rules, on payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00).Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 47, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1935, No. 108, Art. 3, § 20; Pope's Dig., § 14125; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-320.
