(a) There shall be printed and furnished by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to each permittee a statement of the causes for which permits may be revoked under law.(b) The statement shall be prepared by the director and delivered to the permittee with his or her permit or as soon as may be practicable thereafter.(c) Any amendments therein shall also be sent by the director to all permittees as soon as may be practicable after the amendment.(d) Failure to send the statement or changes therein, or failure to receive them, or any misstatement or error contained in the statement or amendments shall, however, not be an excuse or justification for any violation of law or prevent or remit or decrease any penalty or forfeiture therefor.Acts 1935, No. 108, Art. 3, § 9; 1953, No. 49, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-313.
