(a) A permittee who seeks to qualify as a responsible permittee must provide to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board evidence of compliance with the requirements of this subchapter. Upon satisfactory proof that the permittee has complied with the requirements, the board shall certify the permittee as a responsible permittee. Certification as a responsible permittee shall be renewed annually.(b) The board may revoke or suspend a permittee's certification for noncompliance with this subchapter.Acts 1993, No. 173, § 4.
