Section 3-4-902 - Off-premise caterer's permit

(a) There is hereby created an off-premise caterer's permit which may be issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to qualified off-premise caterers as defined in this subchapter.(b) The annual fee for an off-premises caterer's permit shall be five hundred dollars ($500), and the off-premises caterer's permit shall be renewed on an annual basis.(c) The off-premise caterer's permit shall be posted conspicuously at the caterer's place of business.Acts 1999, No. 1170, § 2; 2009, No. 294, § 10.
