Section 3-4-905 - Rules and forms

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Division is authorized to adopt reasonable rules implementing and facilitating the purpose and intent of this subchapter, to establish appropriate application forms, permit forms, and procedures, and to do any and all other things necessary to implement the provisions of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 59, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1170, § 4.
