Any winery in this state which produces wines from grapes, berries, fruits, or vegetables grown in this state, which desires to receive the subsidy authorized in this subchapter with respect to such purchases, may make application for the subsidy with the Department of Finance and Administration upon forms and in accordance with rules promulgated by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 74, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3322, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1975, No. 679, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-640.
