The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration, and any other applicable agency of this state, shall promulgate and adopt such rules as they deem necessary for the implementation of this subchapter, which rules may consist in whole or in part of the federal regulations.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 80, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3324, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 611, § 1.
