Section 3-5-1416 - Small brewery is a supplier

(a) A small brewery selling and transporting beer, malt beverages, and hard cider produced on the premises of the small brewery is a supplier.(b) A small brewery is not subject to § 3-5-1101 et seq. unless the small brewery exceeds annual production of beer, malt beverages, and hard cider of fifteen thousand (15,000) barrels.Amended by Act 2015, No. 857,§ 10, eff. 3/31/2015.Acts 2009, No. 1459, § 4.
